A valid passport and return or onward ticket is required for all visitors. However, proof of citizenship bearing a photograph is acceptable from British, Canadian, and US citizens.
Visas are not required for visitors from: Abguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bangladesh, Barbados, Belgium, Belize, Bermuda, Botswana, Brazil, Brunei, Cameroon, Canada, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Cyprus, Denmark, Dominica, Finland, France, Gambia, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Holy See, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Kenya, Kiribati, Korea(South), Lesotho, Luxembourg, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Martinique, Mauritius, Monaco, Monsterrat, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nauru, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Portugal, Rwanda, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia. St. Vincent and the Grenadines, San Marino, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Swaziland, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tonga, Trinidad and Tobago, Turks and Caicos, Tuvalu, Uganda, UK, US, Vanuatu, Venezuela and Zambia for visits up to 90 days.
A visa on arrival can be obtained by visitors from: Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan provided they have a pre clearance letter from immigration.
